This property is minutes from downtown and 24 minutes from Mt. Rushmore. You will enjoy incredible views of the city while watching wildlife move down the valley. The sunrises and moon rises must be seen to be believed. At night the city lights twinkle beneath you.

Rapid City allows for you to experience great dining and the amenities of the city, while being less than a 45 minute to most attractions including Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Monument and Mt. Rushmore National Monument.

We had a wonderful time at this well appointed VRBO in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. We stayed for a week and did day trips to the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Devil’s Tower, Wind Cave and more! The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Stayed here two nights with husband and 3 grandchildren. They each had their own bedroom. House was clean and roomy. I highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay while in Rapid City stay here.

What a cozy gem! A truly great location to base to see the entire area. The views from the multiple decks were a treat. Most nights were spent with cocktails enjoying the sunset and the cool South Dakota nights. Thanks again for such a wonderful place.

The house was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Good view of the city and surrounding area. Deer and wild turkeys running around the neighborhood and viewed every day and evening. The host was very prompt and courteous in responding to any questions we had. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our party of 9 adults. Highly recommend to any prospective renters. Located on the south side of Rapid City so easily accessible to roads heading to the many area attractions. Would rent from again in the future.

We LOVED this property! It was clean, SO WELL STOCKED! Plenty of seating and common areas. The deck was great and we appreciated the nice furniture out there as well as the table. The kids enjoyed the games and foosball table. We were happy to see some wildlife in the small ravine area. Very easy and simple checkout procedures. Of note - this is more of a city view rather than a forest view. There isn't much of a yard (its a ravine). It is very close to town with a drive through a nice neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again (2 families 10 people) were quite happy with the home.

The setup was perfect for seven people , everyone had privacy and access to bathrooms . The beds were quite comfortable which is unusual in a Vrbo. The host was extra accommodating helping us get an oxygen concentrator to the property before we arrived . Overall it was a fantastic experience !

We got there minutes before the snow started and then the blizzard. Thankful we had access to the garage. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and very inviting. Great views. Gorgeous sunrise!!! We were visited by the wild turkeys 2 of the mornings. Such a treat. Kitchen is VERY well stocked! Good variety of utensils. Great coffee selection for Keurig. We enjoyed the foosball table every night. Great family time. Great game area.

We had a great experience with this gem in Rapid City, South Dakota! We were only a family of 4 and more than ample room during our stay. The neighborhood is very safe and we enjoyed seeing many residents walking.The most important thing to us was quick and clear communication with the host. Seamless check in process! Once you enter the home you will be amazed by the cleanliness and spaciousness. If you're here for a few days you will find a well stocked kitchen and a full wash dryer with detergent. This was great after a day of hiking and exploring. Our family enjoyed winding down in the furnished comfy basement after a long day. Recliner and a sectional sofa made it feel like a home away from our real home.The house is well appointed as pictured. First floor has the kitchen and living room. An important thing to note is to access the bedrooms you will either have to go up 10 steps or down 10 steps with handrail access. This was not an issue for our family but may be important to those having difficulty traversing steps to get to a bedroom.If the Black Hills area is in your plans please consider this property.
