The “Birkeneck” house is located about 300 m from the beach and the town center. There you’ll find various shopping options and numerous cafés and restaurants that invite you to linger.

This cozy vacation rental features a living room with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a sideboard, a floor lamp and a reading lamp, and a dining table with four chairs. A free high chair is available for toddlers.

The vacation rental also features a kitchen with tall cabinets, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop. Additionally, the kitchen includes a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and the standard basic kitchenware for 4 people.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a nightstand, and a wardrobe.

The children’s room has two single beds, a small side table, and a shelving unit for clothes or toys. A free travel crib for children is available upon request.

The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, a shower, a mirror, a hair dryer, a stool, several hooks, and a shelf.

This modern vacation apartment includes a ground-level southeast-facing terrace with a table and chairs and direct access to the lawn.

A parking space is available for our guests, as well as a wooden shed where bicycles can be stored.
In addition, laundry and drying facilities are located in the basement of the house. Furthermore, a drying rack for wet beachwear is provided in the apartment.

For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
