Welcome to The Beehive—a character-filled bungalow in Ormewood Park where vintage details, East Atlanta energy, and laid-back neighborhood living all come together. 1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors. We have a noise detector inside the unit that alerts us, and neighbors may contact us with any issues.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside the unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There can not be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Any violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We do have exterior cameras in place to ensure that only registered guests are entering the property. Exemptions may be made for daytime visitors, but they must be approved in advance—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have any visitors. No unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.
7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
10. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be charged separately.

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and decorated so tastefully! It was close to everything we needed and we easily walked to the Beltline, the coffee shop, restaurants and Publix’s. We had an amazing time at this home! We hosted a girls night and a brunch FOR MY 40th birthday and the integrated sound system gave us life! Brandy was the GOAT when it came to communication and accommodations. The home LITERALLY had all that we needed. I know somebody is cook because the seasonings were seasoning lol.
