This modern holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house offers you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea island of Borkum with up to four people. The location of the apartment impresses with its proximity to the center, yet it is very quiet and invites you to relax and take a deep breath.
The large living and dining kitchen makes you feel at home. There is a large flat-screen TV that can be rotated to face the adjacent living area. The open kitchen is fully equipped - in addition to a microwave, toaster, freezer and a dishwasher, all the cooking utensils your heart desires are available. At the large dining table and on the comfortable chairs you can dine excellently. But also the highlight of the apartment - a large sun terrace, which adjoins the living and dining area - invites you to linger and recharge your batteries. Thanks to the garden adjacent to the terrace, your four-legged friend will also love the temporary home.
The two bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with box spring beds, which ensure a restful sleep. The bedrooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV. The apartment has a wonderfully spacious bathroom with two sinks, daylight, a walk-in shower and even an in-house sauna, which provides a pleasant change, especially in the cold season. There is also a separate guest toilet.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.

The Sommerwind Alfonso house with 4 apartments was only completed in 2022. Three of these are available for rent and can accommodate six, four or two people. Dogs are welcome in this house!
