Hello and welcome to our home.

The first floor features a spacious and cozy living/dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and much more).

Use the space in the living room to play a game from the “Game of the Year” category together—for young and old alike—read a book, watch a good movie (the Blu-ray player, movie collection, and flat-screen TV—also available in the master bedroom, by the way—make this possible), or listen to music. Just decide for yourself what brings you joy.

There’s also a separate stereo system in the children’s room for the kids.

You’ll also find a storage room and a guest restroom on the first floor.

On the adjoining terrace, which has a small storage room, you can relax on the patio furniture while barbecuing, wind down the day with a glass of red wine, or enjoy coffee and cake in the afternoon.

On the upper floor of the house, there are two bedrooms—one with two beds (a double bed) and one with three beds (including a trundle bed). There is also a shower room with a toilet on the upper floor.

A travel crib and a high chair are, of course, also available.

• Pets welcome: Many of our vacation homes can be booked with pets, and close to the Seepark, your furry friends will find a fenced-in, spacious dog playground with obstacles, tunnels, and a sand pit
