This villa is a spacious oasis in the heart of Canggu. The sliding doors open up to a well kept garden in which lies a pool & outdoor dining area. It’s in a lively street walking distance to many restaurants & Old Mans beach (700 mtrs). 90 mbps internet & work desk.

The space
In this beautiful villa you right in the heart of canggu, but once you enter you’re in a geen haven. The villa is completely private and contains the following:

Our villa features a private, closed in AC living area, which contains living area and kitchen. The dining table is outside. The villa combines stylish Bali charm with modern comforts to offer our guests the best of both worlds. The AC living room has with smart TV, wireless internet, fans and plenty of couches to hang out on. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, toaster, stove, microwave oven and blender. There is a folding bed, a babycot and poolfence available for rent. The stylish wooden furniture, beautiful lighting and well-kept garden create a peaceful environment to relax in. The villa is right in the middle of everything but quiet as its tucked behind another villa in a 2 villa and 1 apartment complex. It has a large private (complex) parking and private entrance.

If you book the villa with a few couples you still have a lot of privacy as the private pool area, balcony and garden offer different opportunities to spend undisturbed private time. The house is also ideal for families. The 7th person will sleep in a folding bed added to one of the bedrooms.

There’s two identical villas in the complex which can be booked together also.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contain 3 double bedrooms with king-sized beds with mosquito nets and 2 spacious private bathrooms with hot shower & 1 with a bath tub. Next to the beautiful private garden lies a nice pool area. Plenty of space as the pool is 10 x 4 m. and has a bale for relaxing, the pool area can be closed off easily for children with a safety gate (for rent).The villa contains a terrace with outdoor seating and a private parking area with CCTV.


Pls note due to afire an apartment next door needs to be renovated June/July/Augst 2026. It's minor but there may be some noise.

Location, location: The villa is situated at a 5 minute walk away from famous surfing beach Echo Beach and is surrounded by restaurants and Cafes. Echo beach is really a stone throw away!
If you want to experience the real Bali serenity and surf beaches and be smack bang in the middle of everything Canggu has to offer, this is the place for you. The airport is about 1/2 hours drive ( depend on the traffic ).

Price includes:
- drinking water,
- unlimited Wi-Fi 24 hours,
- 1 safety box,
- towels (changed every few days unless left on the floor),
- hair dryer,
- cleaning 6 days a week,
- bed linen change every 5 days,
- pool and garden is maintained once a week,
- soap and shampoo.

The villa manager is going to be your assistent during your stay with us. We are committed to ful fill your requests and make your stay in Bali great and memorable. Please inform the manager if you need anything during your stay, if you tell us at check out or in a review we cannot fix it for you.

In-house breakfast: we can offer a breakfast cooked at home for a surcharge of Rp. 200.000 per person for eggs cooked any style or pancakes, fruit salad, juice and coffee or tea. Pls inform us in advance if you like us to organise this for you as its depending on availability. Pls note cancelations are not possible once confirmed as we shop to order. There’s many great restaurants for bfast and other meals at walking distance. Also Go-jek is very handy so you can order from the surplus of amazing restaurants in this area. No need to leave the villa at all :)

- Breafast cooked by the maid fpr a sur-charge per prson, pls ask your villa manager for the menu.
- On-site massage and beauty services hair, nails & waxing (pls ask staff to clean up after themselves and bring their own sarongs)

- Extra beds,
- Babysitting,
- Late check out (for a fee) and if possible, we might only be able to provide information the day of your departure, you're always welcome to leave your bags for free and check out at 11 am,
- Stocking small food items from supermarket for your arrival.

Airport pick up service can be arranged for an additional charge of Rp. 300.000
one way. After 9 pm it’s rp. 50.000 more. We advice our guest to use it so you wont get lost :)

PLS NOTE A MINIMUM RP. 50.000 TIP FOR STAFF IS CUSTOMARY IN INDONESIA.

Guests have access to nice restaurants and the beach (famous surf area Echo Beach), a villa manager and all villa amenities. Unfortunately the washing machine is for villa laundry only and not for private use.

Other things to note
Please note if you book anywhere in a central part of Canggu it will not be super quiet- its basically impossible as there will either be restaurants/nightlife or construction nearby, that is what Canggu is so if youre looking for serenity please book elsewhere in Bali. Please note this clearly communicated & outside hosts control.

The villa has an excellent location and you can walk to several restaurants and the beach.

This villa is truly unique as the Bali charm does not compromise modern luxurious comforts. If you like to leave a tip for the staff this will be greatly appreciated!

The villa:
Turning all AC off when you leave the villa is highly appreciated as leaving them on wastes unnecessary energy on an island like Bali where resources are limited. The rooms cool quickly once its turned on when you like to use the bedroom.

We also recommend to re-use towels as thousands of liters of water is wasted in Bali every day, if you don't want to use your towels anymore- pls leave them on the floor or ask the maid and she will change them for you.If you hang them up they will be re-used.

We choose to have the maid come in a few hours every day to clean and the manager doesnt live on the premises but available on whatsap for any hosting related questions. This opposed to having staff standby in or around the villa the whole day which we feel would invade our guest their privacy.

Please note since this villa is right in the middle of Canggu, the upstairs bedroom can be slightly noisy from the nearby road.
