XENOS VILLA 2 es una villa de lujo cerca de la playa organizada de Tigaki, a 500 metros de distancia. Es una propiedad de alquiler para vacaciones grupo familiar o ideal.

Construir sobre 2.500 metros cuadrados. Metros de terreno en una zona exclusivamente de villas privadas.

Situado a 9 km del aeropuerto, a 1 km de Zipari pueblo, a 500 metros de la localidad de destino muy popular Tigaki con un gran número de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y deportes de mar.

Algo de información sobre el Xenos Villa. 2: En un terreno de 4.500 metros cuadrados hay Xenos Villa 1 y 2 villa Xenos. Hay una distancia de 30 metros (90 pies) entre las 2 villas.

El interior de la villa es de diseño moderno, con grandes ventanas y una impresionante vista al mar. También puede ver la isla de Kalymnos y de Turquía costa desde la sala de estar.

La villa es de 250 metros cuadrados. Y es de 3 plantas.
La planta baja tiene un gran dormitorio con vistas al jardín (28 sq. Metros) con una cama doble y un sofá cama. Hay un baño grande con bañera y ducha. Junto al baño se encuentra la sala de gimnasia con equipamiento de gimnasio y un sofá cama.

El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios con vistas al mar con camas dobles, un baño grande con bañera, y una vista al mar estudio (30 metros cuadrados. Metros) con dos camas, Cocina americana y cuarto de baño con ducha.

En el segundo piso se encuentra la sala de estar (60 sq. Metros) con cocina equipada, chimenea, y un baño. Hay una gran terraza 2. 5 x 6 metros con una hermosa vista al mar sobre el mar Egeo y la isla de Kalymnos. En el lado sur de la sala de estar, hay 2 ventanas muy grandes (3x2 metros) que se enfrenta la montaña más grande de la isla, Dikaios.


La piscina es de 10x5 metros en la figura 8 de forma.


Hay un gran jardín cubierto de hierba y cerca de 30 árboles (plátano, albaricoque, naranja, limón, aguacate, palmeras, ect)

Perfect in every way - great villa

We knew that we would not be disappointed - the communication with Maria prior to our arrival was faultless. She provided great directions and met us at the villa on arrival. There was a wonderful welcome basket with all the basics. We were a party of 8, 2 families - adults and teenagers. The villa is so spacious and the photos do not do it justice. The views are lovely and although it is in a quiet and fairly rural location it is only a10 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. We hired a car which was perfect for driving to the beach during the heat of the day but we walked into Tigaki every evening and walked back. There was the option to get a taxi if you wanted to. We are big travellers and often book villas around the world - Maria and Nicholas are probably the best hosts that we have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

Wir insgesamt 8 Personen hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser grossen Villa mit einem sehr schönen Garten und unglaublichen Ausblick. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es einen Korb gefüllt mit Wein ,Obst und anderen Leckereien ausserdem eine Torte einen Tag vor unserer Abreise als Dankeschön. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Das Haus wurde 1x gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Maria und Nicholas waren stets erreichbar wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.Bis bald:)

Second Visit within a season

That was a second visit in a season! The Xenos villa @ is absolutely beautiful. Maria who met us again upon our arrival was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home again. The property is outstanding and more than exceeded our expectations! In fact, we agreed that this was actually the best villa we have ever stayed in! The pool was cleaned during our stay and a maid came in twice throughout our time here too (we felt extremely lucky to have stayed here)!! This was our second visit to Kos and we are already talking about going back and there is only one place we would stay - Xenos Villa ! Thank you for everything!!

Immaculate villa

The villa was spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt at home. Town and beach are about a 15 minute walk away. The villa has a beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers. The owner was kind, friendly and helpful. This is by far the best accommodation we have rented over the last ten years.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Tigkaki!

Wir haben in der Xenos Villa 2 eine wunderbare Woche verbracht! Schon die Kommunikation mit Maria Lydia vor dem Reiseantritt war perfekt. Wir sind erst am Abend angekommen, wurden herzlich von Nikolas begrüßt, Maria Lydia versorgte uns für das 1. Frühstück und hatte uns viel frisches Obst bereit gestellt. Es war eine sehr heiße Woche, jedoch mit der Klimaanlage war es im Haus sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr schön, sehr ruhig, mit Blick zum Meer, das Haus selbst sehr sauber. 2 Mal war die Reinigungskraft da, sehr freundlich, machte die Betten und wechselte alle Handtücher, welche sie in liebliche Formen aufs Bett legte (z.B. ein Elefant aus Handtüchern fürs Kinderzimmer). Beim riesigen Pool hat niemand Fremder Einblick. Man kann ungestört dort relaxen. Genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme / Schattenplätze sind vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Minuten bei einem großen Kaufhaus, wo man alles bekommt. Anschließend sind dann Restaurants, Tavernen, Autovermietung etc., bis man zum Meer gelangt. Wir können die Xenos Villa 2 nur weiterempfehlen! Auf diesem Weg möchte ich mich bei Maria Lydia und Nikolas herzlich bedanken!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location

We had a 7 night stay at Xenos Villa 2 and we’re not disappointed at all. The Villa is fantastic and the pool area superb. Maria and Nicholas were perfect hosts, we even had bread, milk, biscuits and fruit waiting for us on arrival and they were incredibly accommodating with our flight times. Thank you both! The views from the upper balcony were lovely and we spent every evening watching the sun go down enjoying pre dinner drinks. We would have given a 5 star rating without hesitation but there were a couple of very minor improvements that would benefit future guests. A shower bracket would be useful in the twin room shower cubicle and the WiFi was a bit temperamental. Appart from those 2 observations, everything else was perfect. We would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a comfortable, large and well equipped property in a nice quite location, that Is within easy walking distance to Tigaki and it’s vast number of bars, restaurants and beach. Kos town is 15 to 20 mins drive away and there are a number of great places to visit within easy reach of the surrounding area. Superb!!

Brilliant Family Holiday

Have stayed in the wonderful resort of Tigaki previously but the villa helped make it the best ever trip. Villa was spacious, well featured, private with perfect views from the balcony and a great pool. Owners were very friendly and helpful, also very quick to respond to queries before travelling. Our party was 8 across 3 generations and all of us loved the villa. Although the villa is c 3/4 mile to the beach it's impossible to cycle on the path and impractical to walk at night so we hired a car and bikes to get into Tigaki - an easy journey by the main road in. Would highly recommend ataying at this villa

The photographs don't do this property justice - lovely spacious and very clean.

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. Everything of a very high standard. Nice garden and lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers and BBQ Terraces with great views of mountains and sea with islands in the distance. Just outside of the village 10 minutes walk to supermarket and 20/30 minutes to restaurants and sea front. A few villas and some scrub land with a few cows round about the villa. Maria and Nicholas met us and were very helpful- arrived in evening and starter food there for us. Wine water cheese cold meat fruit coffee tea etc next day Maria drove us to supermarket for our heavy shopping, to a local fruit and veg stall and drove us along the sea front pointing out restaurants etc. We took a few trips the 'Island tour' and visit to the 'thermal pool' both very enjoyable and good value. Taxi to Kos or back home from local restaurants very reasonable - so possible to manage without a car. The villa was cleaned every few days and sheets and towels changed. We have stayed in villas of a high standard in various countries and this is one of the best - can highly recommend it

Ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien

Bij onze aankomst werden we gastvrij ontvangen. Maria Lydia liet ons het huis zien en er stond brood, beleg e.d. klaar om onze eerste trek te stillen. Het eiland Kos vonden we erg mooi en nog vrij rustig in het voorseizoen. We hebben gefietst, historische opgravingen bezocht in Kos stad en veel gezwommen in het zwembad maar ook in de zee die op 2 km afstand is. We bezochten dit eiland samen met onze drie volwassen kinderen, partners en kleinkind. 's Avonds hebben we een aantal keer gebarbecued op het balkon maar ook zijn we uit eten geweest. Vanaf het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht over zee en aan de andere kant over de bergen. Op de laatste dag kregen we een heerlijke taart van de gastvrouw-en heer en bedankten ze ons voor het bezoek aan Xenos villa. We kijken met veel plezier terug op deze week in Kos en Xenos villa voldeed in alle opzichten aan onze verwachtingen.

Absolutely lovely villa

We have just returned from our family holiday in Xenos Villa 2. If anyone is considering going to Kos then I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this lovely villa. The villa is well situated to be close enough to all the amenities in Tingaki but far enough away to be very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the owners were very helpful but not at all intrusive . We have stayed in several villas and this one comes out on top- thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Back again to Paradise

I stayed here for a second time with my extended family included children, babies and grandparents. The villa is spacious, very clean with luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout. The rooms are all air-conditioned, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and includes plenty of accessories to prepare food with. Outside, the swimming pool is the centrepiece - warm, clean, and a truly amazing place to relax. The BBQ area perfect for those long evenings eating drinking and relaxing . The host Maria is a first class and did again enough for us during our stay including regular towel changes, cleaning, local advice and the memorable cakes and coffee that she always brought us every few days. They provide a truly professional service. This Villa is secluded, secure and very peaceful. You can relax and leave your belongings scattered as you enjoy its grounds. .The owners' attention to detail made it feel like a home rather than a holiday property. Lydia and Nicholas, go out of their way to make sure your holiday goes well and are always available to help. I can't thank them enough. Will definitely return again. Truly superb.

Amazing experience !!

Xenos villa1 was an amazing experience. We were a group of 9 and we arrived really late with taxis at the Villa, Lydia waited to give us the key and she didn't want the deposit and passports, remanding it to the next day because we were tired and we didn't eat yet. In the kitchen we found everything (and more) we needed to cook, some cheese, ham, fruit and water (mineral and natural). The house was exactly like the photos, big, clean, in every bath, towels (Lydia gave to us 2 more towel to use on motorbike!), hairdryers, bathrobes, pool towel. There was also a nice lady that cleaned our house twice, and changed towels and sheets. The position of the house is really good, it is possible to reach Kardamena , Kos Town or Kefalos in easy ways, and there is lidl, carrefour, and a big supermarket near the house! For every problem Lydia and Nikos were available and so nice, the last days Lydia brought us an apple pie! A big hug from Maria, Lisa and the other of the group.

Fabulous !!!!!!

We had a fabulous week at this villa. The villa has a fantastic view and everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect working condition We met Maria, the owner, when we arrived. She showed us where everything was and showed us how to work everything, which made us feel immediately welcome. Maria kindly recommended some wonderful restaurants and was in contact by text whenever we had any questions which was very reassuring. The villa was cleaned with Linen and towels cleaned every 3 days which was also lovely Especially nice touches were the extras that were provided such as coffee & tea, herbs, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, liquid soap, toilet rolls. Our children loved the pool and the garden . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to anyone Its a real sanctuary - extremely private and peaceful but also close enough to restaurants and supermarkets in nearby Tigaki which we also particularly liked.

First class villa

This is an excellent villa, very well furnished and very comfortable - the pool area is fabulous, very private and peaceful. The owners' attention to detail made it feel like a home rather than a holiday property. The owners, Lydia and Nicholas, go out of their way to make sure your holiday goes well and are always available to help. I can't thank them enough. Will definitely return.

The real villa is better than on pictures! It's clean and beautiful. Hosts are kind and helpful! Each question or request we had was fullfilled in no time. We stayed with family for a week and had a best vacation. וילה במציאות נראית יותר טוב מבתמונות. היא נקיה, יפיפיה ומושקעת מאוד. הבעלים מאוד נחמדים ועוזרים בכל בקשה או שאלה המיידית. היינו בוילה שבוע לחופשה משפחתית וזאת היתה חופשה הכי טובה הרבה בזכות המקום ובעלי המקום!

Such a beautiful experience!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location

The Xenos villa2 exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderfully relaxing week. Its location, offers stunning views and the grounds are even more extensive than described with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the views over the Aegean sea. The pool was ideal for relaxing and cooling off , and sitting out on the balcony in the evenings provided the perfect end to the day. Internally the villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and is equipped with everything you could need. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and a Gym area on the ground floor . Tigaki is about a 5 minute walk or 500 meters drive up into the village and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities there: a large supermarket with all you'd need, tavernas , gift shops and bars in a pleasant main road . We thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings there and didn't feel the need to go down into Kos town. We would highly recommend the villa for a quiet relaxing holiday. It is kept in immaculate condition by MariaLydia and Nicholas who clearly have very high standards and seem genuinely concerned to make the villa as welcoming as possible.

Nice to come back again!

How nice to come back again in this lovely house! This is the second time this summer staying at Xenos Villa 2 and we felt like coming home ! Even October the weather was very nice and the owners made us feel so welcomed. We will be back definitely next year! Beba and John

Bellissima vacanza

Siamo partiti da Firenze con tanti dubbi,invece appena arrivati c'era Maria Lydia ad aspettarci con le chiavi e a mostrarci la villa che credetemi vi lasciera' a bocca aperta,non possiamo fare altro che consigliarla a tutti per la pulizia,e la piscina che vi invita ad un buon tuffo. Con una breve passeggiata ha tutto cio' che cercate,market,ristoranti,negozi,noleggio auto-motorini-bici,mare,insomma che aspettate a godervi questo posto da favola!!!!Tenetene cura come abbiamo fatto noi perche' il rispetto bisogna riceverlo e darlo!!!

Incredible Villa!!!!

we stayed in Xenos Villa as a group of 5. There were three double bedrooms and a twin so plenty of accommodation. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us around and made us most welcome. There was a welcome pack of fruit and essentials such as milk, butter, tea, coffee and other essentials. The villa is of 5* standard,furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There were ample bathrooms and a gym . The outside area was of a generous size with a big pool and plenty of chairs and loungers. The views were outstanding. The owners, who live next door were very helpful, even to the extent of giving us a lift to the supermarket! I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa either to a family or group. I would certainly return if I was to visit Kos again. Congratulations to the owners for providing outstanding accommodation.

Amazing holiday

We had an amazing holiday with our family in this extremely beautiful and luxurious house! We enjoyed everything in and around the house. Especially the wonderful balconies from which you could practically see the whole island and the fantastic, private pool area and garden with exotic trees. Nicholas and Maria truely created a little piece of Paradise here on Kos, thank you so much!!

Excellent villa in an ideal location

Probably the worst thing that can happen is for a holiday company to go bust just days before you're due to travel. That happened to us, which meant a last minute search for flights and accommodation to coincide with our planned dates. Although we'd only every visited Kos en route to somewhere else (courtesy of Laskarina, another much respected company that went into administration), the island of Kos proved to be the destination that would fit with flights and our dates. Amazingly, we discovered that there were still a few villas available for the week, and we eventually opted for Xenos Villa 2. On arrival, it was positive impressions all around. The villa is set in a pleasant and well-tended garden with huge palm trees leading up to the house. The pool area is a delight, with plenty of sun loungers, a decent sized pool and a plunge pool as well. It's also not overlooked (nod, nod, wink, wink). The villa itself has quite a modern, cubist design on the outside. Internally, everything is a little more traditional: modern but homely, in other words. We particularly liked the top floor, with its well supplied kitchen, comfortable living area and generous sized balcony. There were only the two of us, but all the bedrooms are well sized and, most importantly, have air-con. That may seem an irrelevance to some, but when temperatures are in the mid 30s in the day and upper 20s at night, at least you're guaranteed of getting a decent night's sleep. One of the issues we considered was self-catering vs. eating out. The Xenos villas provide both, as the kitchen is perfectly sufficient (a welcome pack plus a generous selection of fruit is provided) and the nearby village/resort of Tigaki has a huge range of surprisingly good restaurants and bars that seem to avoid the hedonist excesses associated with charter flights. Tigaki also has a good supermarket. If there's a criticism we'd make, it's the room inn the villa that's designated (unusually) as a gym; the combination of no air-con and cheap equipment just make it rather unappealing. Finally, we'd like to thank Maria and Nicholas for their hospitality and making a rather rushed holiday thoroughly enjoyable.

Breathtaking Views

This is by far one of the best Villas we have ever stayed in, a real luxury home from home. Great location, very private and not too far away from the main strip. Beautiful beach only 10 min walk. The owners were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. When we return to Kos, I will be staying here. Thank you for making our holiday even better x
