Welcome to your private retreat in the perfect blend of comfort, space, and relaxation. With 9 years of hosting experience at this property, we’ve thoughtfully created a stay that feels welcoming, easy, and memorable from the moment you arrive.
Situated on a spacious .8-acre lot, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers an exceptional sense of privacy and tranquility. The property sits directly across from a preserve and beside an unbuilt plot, giving you peaceful natural surroundings and extra privacy.
Inside, we have an open floor kitchen/dining/den area with plenty of space. Also, the bedroom floor is recently renovated. Pets welcome!

This house has everything you need for a great vacation - very comfortable and inviting. The two bathrooms were recently renovated. The location is excellent for heading to Hay Beach in particular or anywhere else on the Island. We also enjoyed walking and hiking from the house, without needing to get in the car, and the neighborhood has beautiful natural areas. We highly recommend this home!

Fall Weekend Trip to Shelter Island

Great property and location for a long weekend celebrating a few 50th birthdays. Relaxing and quite, and the fireplace was great! Close to things to do on the island, as well as the wineries on the North Fork. Communication was easy and check-in simple!

Excellent Rental on Shelter Island

We rented Andrew's house for an extended stay. Andrew was an excellent communicator and everything is as described and shown in pictures.

Very cute, cozy home located in a quiet spot.

The property was clean and cozy. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appointed. The home was located on a large lot and was very quiet and the owner did a very nice job of checking in on us without intruding. I would stay again for sure!

Sunshine, seclusion and serenity!

Located across from a natural preserve and walking distance from Dering Harbor, this clean, cozy, three bedroom home complete with fireplace, state of the art kitchen and bathroom has a welcoming , spacious and comforting feel to enhance anytime spent on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

Perfect Stay!

The house was perfect for our 2 week stay for our small family. The great room is big and the lawn is huge, great for our 2 year old running around. The owner was very responsive from pre-check in to check out. Will be back for sure.

Perfect winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this sweet home. Lovely renovated bathrooms and bedrooms, a great fireplace, and a spacious great room made this a very comfortable spot for a quiet family vacation between Christmas and New Year. We loved exploring Shelter Island, Montauk, Sag Harbor, and other area spots. If you are looking for a peaceful spot, this is it - especially in the winter!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect home for peaceful shelter island stay. Great location, we rode bikes to ice cream shops, restaurants and Crescent Beach. Big front yard for our dog and 8 year old, and nice area for BBQs. Owner was very responsive to our needs and very helpful. Home was very clean. We would love to stay again.

Perfect Cabin

This house has everything you need! 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bath, kitchen and a super cozy living room / common space. The main attraction is the spacious front yard! We really enjoyed taking the bikes out and how close this property is to town (a 5 minute drive). Highly recommend!

Relaxation and rest

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two pups. The house was clean and just as pictured. We really enjoyed taking walks through the many trails that were very close by. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for peace and relaxation while enjoying beautiful scenery of shelter island.
