The home, known as Tracy’s Retreat, is bright and completely remodeled. It offers a welcoming space with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a stylish living area designed for comfort and convenience. All bedrooms and the living space are on one level. The only stairs are three steps to enter the home. With room for up to 4 guests, there’s one king bed and two twin beds.
Guests love the full kitchen and cozy living areas, perfect for gathering after a day exploring town.

Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor grill, main-floor laundry, and air conditioning.
Step outside to enjoy the deck and expansive yard space — a rare find so close to downtown Chelsea.

Tracy’s Retreat is perfect for a weekend getaway, a wedding at Collins off Main or Collins at the Clocktower, a work-cation, or a week-long vacation. In addition, it’s near Chelsea Hospital, making it convenient for families with loved ones in long-term care and for business travelers.
