The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious and bright atmosphere. The amenities include underfloor heating throughout the house, which ensures even, comfortable warmth. Especially during the colder months, you can enjoy our built-in sauna and the fireplace.<br><br>Family-Friendly Vacation<br>Family- and child-friendly amenities were particularly important to us. For our younger guests, we provide a high chair, a travel crib with an extra mattress, and toys. On the large, fully fenced-in lawn and on the playground equipment in the garden, the children and your dog have plenty of space to run around and play.<br><br>Single-level living<br>The open living area, featuring a cozy corner sofa and a wood-burning stove, is located directly in front of the large picture window. On the TV stand, you’ll find a 50" Ultra HD TV. A Blu-ray player, an internet radio, and a game console are also available for your use. The wide selection of board games ensures fun gatherings around the large dining table.<br>In addition to built-in appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, the open kitchen also features a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes.<br><br>Cozy bedrooms and bathrooms<br>Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom features a daybed that can be pulled out into a double bed as needed. This leaves plenty of space for the children to play and allows for a portable travel crib to be set up. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and a TV. The second Blu-ray player is located in the third bedroom.<br>Two bathrooms with showers are available for six people. One bathroom also features a towel warmer and a sauna. Here you can enjoy the soothing warmth, especially during the colder months. In the small storage room, a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are available for free use.<br><br>Outdoor area with a large sun terrace<br>Next to the house is a spacious garden shed with an open extension that you can use to store your bicycles. A power outlet for charging your e-bikes is available. Please note that charging an electric car using the aforementioned outlet or any other electrical connections in or around the vacation home is not permitted. A grill, a handcart, beach toys, and firewood are also available there. <br>On the large sun terrace, you’ll find a large table with six chairs, as well as a parasol and two lounge chairs, so you can relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air in peace. A highlight of the garden is the unique beach chair. You can conveniently park your cars in the two on-site parking spaces.<br><br>This is a non-smoking home.
