Regarding the refrigerator, we responded to your concerns and confirmed that it was functioning properly. We went the extra mile of dropping ice chest off and ice as a courtesy. Had a technician take a look with no found issues! We also take cleanliness very seriously. While we absolutely expect guests to leave the home reasonably tidy, the condition in which the property was left required significantly more cleaning than what would be considered a normal checkout. We have no issue addressing legitimate concerns, but it is disappointing when a guest criticizes the cleaning while leaving the property in a condition that was, frankly, unacceptable. We welcome honest and constructive feedback, and we always do our best to address issues when they are brought to our attention. We simply expect the same consideration and respect for our property in return. As for the mosquitoes, this is a beachfront/coastal property and outdoor insects are unfortunately part of the environment, particularly during certain times of the year. Bug spray is certainly recommended for enjoying the outdoors. We’re glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay and wish you well.
