Our one-room apartment with a combined living and sleeping area and a double bed invites you to relax and unwind. The room features a closet with a safe, a nightstand, and a sitting area with armchairs and a small couch. There is also a table with a chair, a TV/radio (satellite DVBT-2), and Wi-Fi via a Fritz Box. The south-facing terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair, offers a place to relax and enjoy the weather when it’s nice. The entryway, with its own entrance, leads to the hallway with a small coat rack; you can make phone calls via Wi-Fi. The kitchenette, fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, includes a small dining area. The bathroom features a shower/toilet, a hair dryer, and a large window. The floors in the bathroom, entryway, kitchenette, and terrace are tiled. The living/bedroom area features high-quality vinyl parquet flooring. The apartment is located on a hillside and is not wheelchair accessible. .
Our house is in a quiet yet central location, surrounded by idyllic mountains in the spa town of Bayerisch Gmain/Bad Reichenhall. It’s a 10–15-minute walk to the pedestrian zone, 14 km from downtown Salzburg, and 16 km from Berchtesgaden.
Breakfast is available upon request only; please contact the property owner. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building, but not in the apartments.
