The comfortable and 5*-star DTV-classified holiday apartment “Friedenshöhe 3” is located in an apartment house newly built in 2022, which is characterized by high-quality materials and modern comfort.

On an area of ​​approx. 74 square meters, this holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a generous amount of space: 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Italian fine stoneware and furnishings from Villeroy & Boch as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and designer Furniture (Brühl & Sippolt, Rolf Benz), large TV and soundbar await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the balcony you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The house has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The “Friedenshöhe” apartment house is in a very quiet location just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play House and much more), the tourist information office, the train station and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer you countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities at any time of the year.

The place was wonderful

The place was wonderful in lovely Oberammergau. It had lots a space, modern amenities, and was in easy (10 minutes) walking distance to the center of town.

This apartment is just amazing

This apartment is just as in the pictures, amazing location, new and clean place - we went there with a crawling baby and felt at ease with how clean the place was. Convenient location, great views, easily accessible, private parking, the place is just awesome. The town is quiet, yet charming. Everything within walking distance, you can easily do without a car if you plan to stay around. We went to Zugpitze for skiing but the local ski slope is just steps away from the apartment. Unfortunately, they did not have any snow during our visit. We loved it so much we are planning to return next year.

Beautiful apartment - clean and well equipped. View from the balcony was stunning and it was nice to shelter and watch when the thunderstorms came and went! Comfortable beds, sofa and a big tv so the kids were happy :) nothing was too much trouble for the apartment manager - super quick to respond to any queries.Location is great too - really quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance so you can leave the car behind. I'd recommend a walk out of town to the Wankalm pizza place - quirky place and well priced with lots of outdoor space for dining too (also at the bottom of the Kolben chair lift). We were here for a week and did this lift one day with the 3D archery, also went up the laber cable car for more stunning views and a great mountain restaurant. Can recommend driving to the Neuschwanstein castle (you have to prebook but if you get there early on the day they release more tickets) and also don't miss a day out up the Zugspitze and visit lake Eibsee on the way back. The gorge at Partnachklamm was also a highlight (something to do on a Monday when lots of things are closed) and check out the Olympic Ski Stadium when you park :) Thanks again for a great stay!

Wohnung 3 - Friedenshöhe

Die getrennten Schlafzimmer und beiden Bäder sind modern und sauber - eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Auch der Blick vom Balkon etc. ist wunderbar. Lediglich die Tiefgarage sowie die Zufahrt ist für die heutigen Autos zu schmal und zu eng.

Hatten uns etwas mehr erhofft bei einer 5 Sterne Wohnung, wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht , aber eines war nur fertig mit Bettwäsche, in einem Bad lief das Waschbecken nicht richtig ab , auf dem Balkon waren keine Stühle und Tisch , ein Sonnenschutz gab es auch nicht. Eine Sitzbank war defekt .Gott sei dank hatten wir ein Traumhaftes Wetter ,und konnten sehr schöne Radtouren in dieser fantastischen Landschafft unternehmen

Hell, modern, gemütlich, sauber - es fehlt an nichts

Diese modernen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen liegen in ruhiger, traumhafter Lage nur 5 Minuten fussläufig vom Ortszentrum. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Check-in und out absolut unkompliziert. Oberammergau ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten.

Wer eine sehr neue, ...

Wer eine sehr neue, wunderschöne und perfekt ausgestattet Wohnung sucht , ist bei Manuela genau richtig. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, ruhig und sehr zentral . Zum Bäcker sind es 700m zu Fuß . Der Check in war sehr einfach durch eine Schlüsselbox . Wir kommen definitiv noch einmal wieder.

Urlaub mit Familie

Man kommt in die Wohnung schaltet das Licht im Flur an und man sagt einfach Wow! Alles ist modern und neu. Gefühlt waren wir die ersten in der Wohnung. Wenn man dann auf den Balkon geht und die Aussicht sieht, kommt man aus dem Staunen nicht raus. Man kann entspannt bei einem Bier oder Glas Wein die Ruhe genießen und den Blick auf die Berge rund herum. Sehr zu empfehlen die Ferienwohnung und wir werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.
