You are right on the lake and have a magnificent view over the lake and of the mountains on the opposite shore. Enjoy the sunset and the fascinating lights that light up around the lake in the evening and at night and are reflected in the water on the spacious, furnished balconies that extend across the entire width of the flat. The house has several accommodation units, which are used for holidays, weekends and partly all year round.

Via the flat entrance you enter the open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed.
The fitted kitchen with granite worktop is modernly equipped and faces the mountain.
From the living area you have access to the wide balcony with balcony furniture.
So you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with a beautiful lake view.

The double room with parquet flooring on the lake side and another balcony with deckchairs and a fantastic view can also be reached via the living area. The modern bathroom with shower is located uphill. The windows facing the lake are all equipped with fly screens.

Enjoy the pure atmosphere at the lake - early in the morning until late at night with candlelight. Dolce Vita sempre - the lake in all its colours.
The foot-friendly location, also with prams, is simply brilliant. Living directly at the lake and right in the village and bathing place only a few steps away.
The holiday flat is well insulated and are a dream even in winter.
Dogs are allowed, but limited to one small to medium-sized dog due to the size.

For loading / unloading you can park in the private park for a short time. There are parking possibilities in the surrounding area, your manager will inform you.
