Nido alla Riva Falco Holiday flat on the lake

The beach house is located in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como, directly on the lake shore about 30 m above sea level, below the local road, and offers a unique view of the lake. There are residential and vacation homes in the neighborhood, and the local church and a small campground are about 200 m away.
The vacation home consists of three vacation apartments:
- Nido del Cigno vacation apartment on the ground floor
- Falco vacation apartment on the 1st floor
- Rondine vacation apartment on the 2nd floor

The Nido alla Riva Cigno vacation apartment is the smallest gem in the house – ideal for two people, with a cozy bedroom and double bed. The Falco and Rondine apartments, each with two bedrooms, offer more space for families or friends.

The flower-filled garden is an oasis by the lake, which you can reach via steps. The garden has dining tables and deck chairs so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest with a view of the lake.
In addition, the garden and beach offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing, or socializing. The beach slopes gently. A wide gate on the lake side allows water sports equipment to be stored on the property. From the mountain side, a few garden steps lead to the house entrance. From Pianello, you can quickly reach the neighboring towns to the north and south by car, where you will find good shopping, nice restaurants, and typical trattorias.

With plenty of living space, Italian stone tiles, fine Lombard furniture, and modern comforts.
Light and dark colors combine to create a harmonious overall look.

The bright bathroom on the lake side has a shower.

Falco apartment with panoramic balcony facing the lake:
The living area facing the lake is furnished with a sofa set and dining table and has access to the large furnished balcony. The kitchen is small, bright, and functionally equipped.
The double bedroom faces the lake, and the beds in the twin bedroom can be pushed together.

The beach house, with its dream location, offers a panoramic view of Lake Como that is second to none, thanks to its proximity to the water.
Below the house, there is a hiking trail that starts in Musso and ends in Cremia.
This approximately 3 km long trail passes cafes and restaurants and is ideal for anyone who wants to jog or just go for a walk.
Small sections of beach offer the opportunity to sunbathe or go swimming.
For all boat enthusiasts, the “Museo della barca Lariana” museum is a must-see.
Here you can see everything your heart desires, from small, simple boats to the typical “Lucia” boats.
In Cremia, on the other hand, the Lumin and La Baia restaurants, both in panoramic locations, offer typical Lombard dishes.
If you enjoy cocktails, we recommend settling down at a table in the small bar “Lo Scalo” and sampling the extensive range of cocktails on offer. The bar has a small terrace directly on the lake, so a gentle breeze keeps you cool.

For vacations with friends and family, there are two further vacation apartments in the same house: Nido alla Riva Rondine and Cigno.

Due to its layout, the house and garden are not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children.

Your vehicle can be parked in a private parking space above the house.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption only when used from October 1 to April 30, €10 per day
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from April to September for guests aged 14 and over
