🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.



🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1 – Features a king bed and a pull out sofa bed (no access to the porch roof).

Bedroom 2 – Includes a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 - Includes twin-over-twin bunk beds

Bedroom 4 – Great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds.

Bedroom 5 & 6 - The "Sun Rooms" on the main living level each have queen size sleeper sofas with upgraded gel mattresses and privacy doors & curtains for flexible bonus sleeping and living areas.

🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space.

2 washer & dryer units on property for easy laundry during your stay (in teh shared storage space with the downstairs unit).



🚗 Parking & Location

Garage parking for one medium or smaller vehicle + free street parking in the neighborhood.

The house is the "main house" unit of a duplex - there is a separate ground floor apartment that may be rented separately.

Guest Access:

Enjoy access to all the spaces in our spacious home! You'll have the run of the entire main house, including all six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one convenient half-bathroom. Relax in the open-concept living area with its comfortable seating and large TV, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen with its modern appliances and island seating. Step outside to the private covered front porch or the ground-level backyard patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill. Guests also have access to the shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in the storage space. Beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella, is provided for your convenience. Please note that the garage is available for parking one medium or smaller vehicle, and free street parking is readily available in the neighborhood.

Just a short 1.5-block stroll will have you sinking your toes into the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy walking distance or a quick drive. From casual eateries to upscale restaurants, there's something to satisfy every craving. Explore the charming shops and boutiques along Ventnor Avenue, where you can find unique souvenirs and beach essentials. If you're feeling lucky, the casinos and entertainment of Atlantic City are just a short drive away, offering a vibrant nightlife experience. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful residential streets, perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides. Enjoy the tranquility of a classic shore town while still being close to all the action!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You'll find free street parking readily available in the neighborhood, and the house offers garage parking for one medium or smaller vehicle. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Public transportation options are available, with bus stops located within walking distance, providing convenient access to various points of interest in Ventnor City and the surrounding areas. Consider using ride-sharing services for easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and dining spots.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
