A rustic yet comfortable chalet in the mountain village of Schmitten (Albula) in Graubünden. Perfectly located between the top destinations of Davos and Lenzerheide. Both ski areas are easily accessible by car (20-minute drive) or by PostBus. The choice is yours! Ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, cyclists, and hikers, but also for anyone seeking peace and relaxation in the Alps. Also ideal for families (swimming and rock climbing in Davos or Lenzerheide, summer tobogganing in Pradaschier, sledding and scooter riding on the Rinerhorn, mountain carting in Savognin, etc.)
The house has been newly renovated and is furnished and decorated in an Alpine style with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue set, and coffee maker. Guests will find all the dishes, cookware, and other kitchen items they need, just like at home.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
A stand-up paddleboard is also available for use.

The vacation home is situated in a quiet location on a very sunny south-facing slope at an elevation of 1,300 meters above sea level. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The patio offers plenty of opportunities to relax when you want to unwind from the many activities. Garden furniture is provided. The house’s large south-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain ranges. In the village of Schmitten and the surrounding mountain villages of Parc Ela, vacationers can still experience the traditional mountain village atmosphere. In the summer, a direct 45-minute descent takes you to the Landwasser Viaduct—one of the region’s main attractions. The Landwasser Viaduct is a 65-meter-high and 136-meter-long railway bridge on the Rhaetian Railway network and is considered a landmark of the railway company. The viaduct has been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 7, 2008.
