Villa Bellevue es una casa de vacaciones muy bien decorado en el sur de Eubea. La propiedad, situada en una gran colina, ofrece una vista única de la bahía de Styra, en el continente opuesto y el encantador interior de la isla.
La espaciosa planta superior de la villa ofrece hasta 6 huéspedes una estancia memorable único.

La villa dispone de tres habitaciones luminosas con vistas.
Uno de ellos tiene un baño privado con ducha / wc con acceso directo a la terraza y también tiene un área de lavandería separada. Otra habitación tiene su propio balcón grande.

Además, tiene un gran cuarto de baño con bañera de media caña esquina, una amplia sala de estar con cocina equipada, cocina, balcón, terraza y en el sótano de un cuarto de ducha / WC y una sala de lavandería, un total de unos 160 metros cuadrados, está disponible.

Todas las habitaciones tienen techos altos y suelos de mármol blanco. Se exhiben pinturas al óleo originales;

La villa está rodeada por un gran jardín mediterráneo con adelfa, rosas, romero, cipreses, palmeras, higueras y olivos.

Great location, fabulous views and a well appointed apartment.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey house, accessed by one and a half flights of stairs. It has 3 comfy double bedrooms, 2 large and one smaller, all with air conditioning. There is a communal bathroom off the hall and the twin room has an ensuite toilet and shower and a separate washbasin. There is another bathroom on the lower ground floor next to the well-appointed laundry room. The sitting/dining room is cosy with an extremely well equipped kitchen and leads onto a very large terrace with an spacious covered dining area. The spectacular views from this terrace raise this property above many others in which we have stayed and we found it difficult to leave in the evenings before we had witnessed another glorious sunset. Paul, the owner, speaks excellent English and provides accurate maps and directions for finding the property. He and his family are usually in Athens but stayed a couple of times in their part of the house which created no problems. It only takes 10 minutes to drive into Nea Stira where there are numerous shops, greengrocers, bakers and restaurants. Even a post office and an ATM. We looked at all the local beaches and the best is at Limionas which is a 20 minute drive from Villa Bellevue which has a sandy/pebbly beach with easy access to clear water for great swimming. There are beach beds and umbrellas belonging to the 4 tavernas. We found that as long as you gave the tavernas some custom there was no charge for the facilties. All in all, a fabulous stay in a wonderful country. September 2018

A breathtaking view of the Euboean Gulf

We loved staying at the Villa. The terrace had a great view of the Euboean Gulf, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Paul was helpful with suggestions on nearby beaches and restaurants at Nea Styra. We also recommend the Barba-Yiorgos Psistaria restaurant in the village of Reouzi, approximately 20 min. by car from Nea Styra. Great food on the barbecue and good Savatiano home-wine. On the last night of our stay, there was a dramatic full moon eclipse and view of the milky way. Thank you Paul.

Endlich wieder in Styra

Lieber Paul und Familie, was war das für ein Zufall nach so vielen Jahren wieder in dieses schöne Haus zu kommen! Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für mich war es sehr spannend und interessant Nea Styra und die Insel wieder zu sehen. Auch meinen Freunden und meiner Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Vor allem die schöne Natur und die Ursprünglichkeit der Insel. Es hat mich gefreut dich, Paul und Deine Familie kennenzulernen und deinen Vater wiederzusehen. Ich hoffe, dass es nicht wieder 14 Jahre dauert bis ich/ wir wieder hier herkommen. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Großzügige und geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt, die Wohnung bietet auch für sechs Personen ausreichend Platz und die Zimmer sind individuell und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet; wunderschön die Terrasse mit Blick über die ganze Bucht. Technisch ist alles auf dem besten Stand (Klimaanlage, WLAN, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). In fünf bis zehn Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Nea Styra, zum Einkaufen oder für den Besuch einer Taverne. Wer schöne Badebuchten sucht, muss etwas mehr Zeit aufwenden, aber es lohnt sich ... eine Vielzahl zauberhafter Strände und (fast) einsamer Buchten sind zu erkunden. Ein besonderes Plus ist der nette Vermieter mit seiner Familie; wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen und haben viele gute Tipps erhalten.

sehr sauber, super Aussicht

sehr freundlicher Vermieter, tolles Haus, schöne Einrichtung, super Aussicht auf das Meer. Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich, wenig Touristen, meist griechische Urlauber. Nicht weit weg vom Haus gibt es einen sehr sauberen Strand. Habe dort Meeresschildkröten gesehen, man kann in eine Höhle schwimmen und dann durch eine Felsenwand durchtauchen. Das Essen ist dort in den Restaurants sehr günstig. Ich komme bestimmt wieder

Griechische Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir sind bestens rundum betreut worden von Paul und haben von Anfang an die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit erfahren. Paul hat alle Fragen schnell und umfassend beantwortet und uns in jeder Situation weitergeholfen. Das Haus ist wunderbar, liebevoll eingerichtet (danke für die Klimaanlage in allem Schlafzimmern!) und gut gepflegt. Der Ort selbst ist nicht spektakulär, aber eben auch nicht massentouristisch. Es gibt viele verschiedene Strände, ein Ausflug nach Limiona lohnt sich! Wir können einen Aufenthalt rundum empfehlen.

So schön!

Wir haben uns 9 Tage mit unseren fast erwachsenen Töchtern dort sehr(!) wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Paul war nur 2 Tage während unseres Aufenthaltes da und hat uns dann mit tollen Tips versorgt. Wir haben wunderbare Ausflüge auf dieser zu der Zeit fast touristenfreien Insel gemacht. Alles wunderbar ursprünglich. Hatten alle Strände fast für uns und viel Platz in allen sehr leckeren Tavernen. Am schönsten waren die täglichen Sonnenuntergänge! Bedenkenlos weiter zu empfehlen!!!

A fantastic stay at Evvia!

This was our first stay in Greece. I must stay that we were simply impressed by the quality of the house, the services and support offered by Paul and on top of it, the fantastic view from the villa! We were welcome like real guests upon arrival, with a basket of fruits and a wine bottle. Everything to start right after hours of driving! We spent hours looking at the stars and the "Super Moon", which luckily was rising behind the hills during our stay in August. Paul gave us plenty of good advises on the surroundings (beaches, markets, ferry boat etc.) as well as tips for good restaurants and tabernas. We were unlucky to find the Dragon Houses though (the way was too high and it was too hot to climb). That will be for the next time! I can only recommend this house to all: families and couples. It is super well equipped, the terrace is the most important room of the house and the garden is a pleasure to look at. We also highly appreciated the confidence of Paul in his guests as well as the very discrete presence of his dad on-site. Keep it the same and don't change anything!!! Maud, Cédric and the kids***

Jeder Blick, egal wohin man ihn richtet, ist ein Geschenk… Wir hatten traumhafte 10 Tage auf dieser wunderschönen Insel dank Ihrer unbezahlbaren tollen Tipps, ihrer Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und können beeindruckende Erinnerungen und schöne Bilder mit nach Hause nehmen. Was für ein Traumhaus! Unsere zehn Urlaubstage sind wie im Fluge vergangen- wir schauten auf das stets wechselnde Meer, die Fuselchen vor der Bucht, die Poenge Attikas, von der großzügigen Terrasse, auf der wir immer einen Schattenplatz fanden und auch die köstlichen Feigen aus dem Garten aßen, einem buchstäbliches Paradies. Das Haus ist auch innen ein wunderbarer Ort zum Träumen- Pauls gabenhafte Bilder inspirieren zu immer neuen Perspektiven! Wir werden uns auch nach der Rückkehr nach Berlin sicherlich noch lange an diese Reise erinnern. Ihnen, Paul Saroglou, einen ganz besonderen Dank für die freundliche Hilfe mit der Werkstatt bei unserem kleinen Autoproblem! Und für sie und Ihren Vater die allerbesten Wünsche.
