This cozy beach house offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area perfect for gathering. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, located on a street with two cul-de-sacs for added privacy away from busy beach traffic.


Step outside to a rare find for the area: a large private pool with a diving board and an expansive, fully fenced backyard where your family (and furry friends—dogs only, please, $75 pet fee) can safely play and unwind. Enjoy outdoor meals on the Blackstone grill or relax by the fire pit after a day at the beach.


Experience health-conscious living during your stay with non-toxic cookware, clean detergents and soaps, 100% cotton towels, and a whole-house water filtration system providing ultra-purified drinking and shower water—an uncommon and highly valued feature for families and wellness-minded travelers.


The primary suite features a king bed, en suite bathroom with a tile shower, and a large walk-in closet with a crib available for families traveling with little ones. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a walk-in closet and direct access to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy during your stay. Appliances include an air fryer, coffee machine with both drip and K cup capabilities, blender, and small crock pot.

Located conveniently close to a beautiful beach access, you can have your toes in the sand after a leisurely walk or a quick bike ride. Enjoy the best of beach living without the noise and congestion of high-traffic coastal streets. Also located a couple minute walk from the best park in Jacksonville offering playgrounds, basketball, skate park, and more.

You’ll also find wonderful restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and other amenities just minutes from the house. Just 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 15 minutes to TPC sawgrass.

Other things to note:

Washer and dryer available in the garage. Bikes, helmets, and bike locks available for guest use (use at your own risk). Beach towels, beach tent, and beach chairs provided. The pool does not have a fence around it to please be mindful with young children.
