Villa Marblau is a seafront villa in Puerto Pollensa with the beach at the doorstep. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The house is towards the end of Puerto Pollensa in direction of Alcúdia. The vivid port has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at only 7 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

The village Alcudia is at about 7 kilometres distance and has a beautiful old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and fine shopping facilities. Its port Puerto Alcudia offers a wide variety of leisure activities, a water park, nightlife and a number of restaurants from fine dining to family friendly/casual along the seaside promenade. The beach of Alcudia bay is almost 7 kilometres long, of fine sand and with shallow waters. It is very popular with wind and kite surfers.

The golf courses of Pollensa and Alcanada are in a short travelling distance. There are a number of nice hotels with wellness areas. The nearby Tramuntana mountain range attracts hikers from all over the island and is also very popular with bikers who are looking for a real challenge.

The seafront villa Marblau is a very stylish house with elegant and modern interiors and the most spectacular views of the Pollensa bay. The new villa with a private pool offers plenty of space for 6 guests and the most modern facilities and design.The large, open-plan living area with a modern kitchen has access to the terrace and the most spectacular views of the sea. Light colours and the large windows create a very Mediterranean flair. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which with bathrooms en-suite. The master bedroom is fitted with a sofa bed for 2 children (on request only).

The house is fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. Operating hours: 14:00-16:00 hrs and 20:00-08:00 hrs.

Villa Marblau offers large terraces with the most spectacular sea views. The terrace is fitted with a dining table, BBQ-grill and sunbeds there is also a small lounge area. There is a small pool and of course the beach at the doorstep.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Sofa bed in the master bedroom available on request.
