Welcome to Pine Ridge House – Your Cozy Home Away from Home

This warm and inviting space is perfect for families, friends, professionals, and corporate stays. Located on the second level, the home features 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 double beds) comfortably sleeping up to 6 adults, with space for up to 8 guests including children.

Guests can enjoy 3 full bathrooms, a front sitting room stocked with games and books, and a backyard gathering space with life-size yard games, a fire pit, and a play structure for younger guests.

Located in downtown Valparaiso, you’ll be just minutes from parks, shopping, dining, and local entertainment.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home for a comfortable and private stay. The basement and garage are reserved for host use. A few clearly labeled cabinets and one upstairs closet are also designated for storage and are not accessible to guests. Thank you for respecting these spaces so we can keep the home well organized for every stay.

Guest Interaction

Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay, but help is always nearby if needed. Lyndsay, our local co-host, is available by phone or message and is happy to assist with any questions to ensure your stay is comfortable and seamless.

Pine Ridge House is a cherished family home that we enjoy returning to when visiting loved ones. To help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes indoors and note that smoking or vaping anywhere on the property is not permitted. Pets are also not allowed. Thank you for helping us care for this special home.

While the home is family-friendly, it is not fully equipped for infants or toddlers and has not been baby-proofed. Guests traveling with young children should plan to bring any necessary items and use their discretion while staying in the home.
