Our comfortable vacation rental is quietly located at the end of a side street in a prime residential area of Leer-Heisfelde and invites you to relax and unwind.
Features a beautiful terrace with an open fish pond. Therefore, not suitable for families with small children!
The vacation rental is spread over two floors. The first floor was renovated in 2022. 
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the East Frisia Hiking Trail.
The pedestrian zone, the historic old town, and the harbor are approximately 2.5 km away. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m away.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available right next to the house.

With its cleverly laid-out 100 square meters, our vacation rental is the ideal size for you to feel at home, whether you’re traveling alone or with up to 4 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living, dining, and kitchen area with an adjoining terrace and barbecue facilities.
TV and Wi-Fi are available.
A washer and dryer are also provided and can be used free of charge.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances and a dishwasher.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a 180 cm x 200 cm box spring bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
