Your vacation home is located in the historic center of Neef—just a few meters from the banks of the Moselle and only about 200 meters from the train station. The house features four bedrooms (each with a double bed), three bathrooms, each with a spacious shower and toilet, and an infrared sauna.
The Accommodation
Your vacation home, with approximately 160 square meters of living space, underwent a complete renovation in 2021/2022.

We recommend the house for 8 people. The first floor features a bedroom, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen-living room. There is a pellet stove in the entryway and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen, which provide cozy warmth during the fall and winter seasons. Pellets and firewood are provided.
The first floor features the living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa that provides overnight accommodations for two additional people.
The fourth bedroom and another bathroom are located in the attic. Here you’ll also find the sauna, and comfortable loungers invite you to relax after a sauna session.

Outside, the area between the house and the attached garage offers plenty of space for social gatherings, and a gas grill is also available. The garage is equipped with an extendable table and ten chairs that can be used both inside the garage and outside. You’ll also find outlets for your e-bikes, as well as a (fee-based) charging station for electric cars (wallbox) on the exterior wall of the garage.

Additional Important Information
A parking space is available right next to the house. We recommend using it only for loading and unloading or for using the wallbox. Additional free parking spaces are available on the banks of the Moselle (approx. 50 m).

There is a Smart TV with satellite reception in the living room, the attic, and one of the bedrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge on all floors.
