Safety & General Rules
Children must never be left unattended near or in the pool. Quiet hours (Galveston County): 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Must be 25+ to book. No indoor smoking. No parties or unregistered guests at any time. Only listed guests are allowed on the property.
Property Care
Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items (will be charged after checkout). You may use the washer/dryer—please treat with care. Keep personal belongings secure at all times.

No early check-in or late check-out.

Host resides in a separate unit at the back—please respect privacy. Occasional maintenance (pool/yard) may occur during your stay. All amenities are for your exclusive use during your stay.
