Our vacation apartments are located in an idyllic, quiet setting above Aschau, on the edge of the forest, with a magnificent panoramic view of the Kampenwand. Beautiful biking and hiking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails, start right at the house. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the pediatric orthopedic clinic. Our healthy, solid-wood house features 6 spacious (64 square meters) vacation apartments, high-quality natural wood furniture, and underfloor heating in the natural stone shower. The vacation apartments have spacious south-facing terraces or balconies. Cribs, high chairs, and changing tables are available free of charge. Large play and sunbathing area. Ping-pong table, climbing wall, and large trampoline. Bicycle garage, barbecue area, and sleds available free of charge. Washing machine and dryer on-site. Dogs are allowed for a fee in four apartments: No. I (first floor), II (first floor), IV (1st floor), and VI (top floor); dogs are not permitted in apartments III (1st floor) and V (top floor). Partially accessible for people with disabilities / wheelchair accessible; please check before booking to ensure the apartment is suitable for your specific needs.<br> This spacious, bright, and cozy 64-square-meter non-smoking vacation apartment on the top floor—featuring natural wood and clay finishes—boasts a beautiful high exposed roof truss, a south-facing balcony, and panoramic views of the Kampenwand, invites you to relax with its natural wood furniture, cozy atmosphere, and underfloor and wall heating. Enjoy your getaway in a large living area with an open kitchen and dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, internet connection, and free Wi-Fi, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed featuring a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed is designed as a lower drawer and can be easily pulled out. Bathroom with a natural stone shower, floor and wall heating, toilet, and hair dryer. Bedding and towels are provided.<br>Washer and dryer are available in the building.
