The Alm Chalet includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, kettle, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, and a seating area. The living room features a cozy sofa with large, comfortable cushions, a flat-screen TV, and—just like the kitchen—its own access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a washing machine. From the rooms, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The “Chiemsee-Idyll” house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the nearby mountains or simply to Lake Chiemsee. You can also take a boat trip across Lake Chiemsee to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. Wi-Fi and parking at Chiemsee-Idyll are available free of charge. You’ll be staying just 1 km from the A8 highway, 82 km from downtown Munich, and 60 km from downtown Salzburg—yet you’ll still enjoy a peaceful, green setting; ideal for excursions, short walks to the lake, and pure rest and relaxation! For us, it’s a unique location in the Chiemgau region; we, too, enjoy the proximity to the lake and the mountains, as well as to Salzburg and Munich….
