Upper-floor vacation rental for 4 people (entire property: max. 8 people) *** Welcome to the Countryside *** Our two vacation rentals are located in the beautiful Upper Lusatia region, on the B6 between the cities of Bautzen and Löbau. A perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia.<br><br>The property was newly built in 2022 from a building that had been vacant for a long time. Two spacious vacation apartments were created. Both apartments are bright and cozy and have been fully furnished with new furniture. They are connected via a shared staircase. *** The upstairs apartment is accessible via the staircase. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people, and a living area with a TV. The kitchen and living area are open-concept. Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful balcony with seating for 4 people and a view of the garden. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds (90 x 200), a large dresser, and a TV. The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink area. *** Bed linens, 1 set of towels per person, and dish towels are provided. *** Cribs and high chairs are available. These can be requested and rented on-site for a small fee. Please note that both are available in limited quantities; reservations are requested. *** Wi-Fi is free of charge. *** Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. *** For bookings of 2 people, one bedroom is included in the price. The second bedroom can be added for an additional fee. *** The building’s washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. *** Parking spaces are available free of charge. *** There is a bakery right in the same building. It offers delicious bakery items daily (except Tuesdays and Sundays)—perfect for a cozy breakfast with fresh rolls and other treats in your vacation apartment. *** The property is a perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. There’s something for everyone here. Whether you’re hiking or going for a bike ride (a bike path runs right past the house), the location is also perfect for outings with the kids. For example, the Dinosaur Park and the maze in Kleinwelka, or the reservoir in Bautzen with mini-golf, a climbing park, and a swimming beach, are all great places to visit. The cities of Bautzen and Löbau are also well worth exploring.
