Kutuk 103 is a cozy, ground-floor condo that's part of a community complex with an enviable address just steps away from the world-famous Steamboat Ski Resort. This charming vacation rental comes with everything you need for the perfect weekend getaway, seasonal stay, or family ski-cation. Upon entering the unit, the entryway leads to an open, well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. The dining area includes a table for six, while the sunken living room offers a comfortable setting with a gas fireplace, elaborate sound system, flatscreen TV, and a sectional sofa that can fit a large family. Stroll outside to the shared Kutuk sundeck where you can fire up one of the shared gas grills, have a warm weather family cookout, or just enjoy the view. Additional on-site amenities include two large hot tubs, a firepit, and complimentary ski lockers.

Kutuk is conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area and it is accessible to the slopes via the ski/walk trail as well as to many of the wonderful shops and restaurants around the base of the mountain. Great stay and perfect location! The location was great and check in was easy. I loved the garage parking as well. The condo was super cozy, my only feedback is that the docor and bedding is a bit dated - would be nice to have a little update. That being said - beds are super comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked. We would return to this unit!

Convenient to everything...

Kutuk is a great spot, a true SKI-IN and (almost) ski out spot. Right above t-bar, walking distance to other great restaurants and bars...it felt very safe. The onsite mgmt team were great. The ski lockers were very convenient. We would 100% stay here again.

Great location

This was perfect walking distance to the slopes and restaurants at the mountain. It was right outside the hot tub which my kids also enjoyed. There were some issues with the fireplace but the staff was very helpful and fixed it right away. The only reasons I didn’t give it more stars are because the TV was very small and the beds were pretty stiff.

nice place convenient to everything

During the warmest week of the year, air conditioning would have been a nice addition. That said, the staff was great at check in and was very responsive to our questions. The condo is a short walk to the base of the gondola, hiking, biking, and several excellent restaurants. The condo had most of what we needed. We would consider coming back.

Perfect spot!

Very comfortable condo in a perfect location on the mountain. Walkable to lifts and restaurants, also a wonderful patio with two hot tubs to enjoy. The front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would absolutely love to come back.

LOVED our staff

My wife, son and I LOVED our stay in Steamboat at the Kutuk Condo 103. We stayed 3 nights. Great location. We loved the close and easy access to the ski slope - very nice. The office / management staff were great - very helpful and accommodating. We definitely would come again. Some suggestions: - Update the televisions - they had to be decades old. - The beds, albeit very comfortable, were small. I think a bit larger would be more comfortable. The condo was clean. Thanks - Doug Levinson

Convenient and comfortable but could use an update

The sound system is so dated there is no AUX input. Only one side of 4 slice toaster worked, knives very dull and could use a few more pots and pans. No basics such as salt and pepper in the house either.
