The location simply can't be beat at this chic townhome downtown Steamboat Springs, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, walking and hiking trails, and minutes to the mountain. Grab a cup of coffee and step outside onto your covered deck for some of that bright blue mountain sunshine first thing in the morning. Breakfast is a breeze, thanks to the modern kitchen with beautiful, solid-wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four, and then head out to explore. Guests of the Alpenglow condos have access to the Gondola Ski Club, a large, custom ski locker where you can stash your gear, so you don't have to worry about carrying it around every day of your vacation.

Return in the evening to get cozy in front of that gorgeous gas fireplace while you watch the lights come up in town through your floor-to-ceiling picture window. Grab a spot on that leather sofa and watch some TV, or grab a board game for a bit more together time. If you've got any remote work to catch up on, the desk in the loft upstairs is the perfect spot. Head off to bed after one perfect day in Steamboat, with another to come tomorrow.

Great location, we hardly had to get into our car because it was such a walkable location to dining, the river, grocery stores, the hot springs, and local shops. Clean rooms, a lot of space, would stay again

The townhouse was perfect for our recent visit to Steamboat Springs! It is located just steps from the main downtown strip and was very dog-friendly. Being very close to a park on the Yampa River was great for multiple daily walks with the pup and provided amazing views. After reading the previous posts regarding the size of the garage, we opted to take our Nissan Murano. It was perfect with no room to spare for entry but enough to exit your vehicle, once in. Plenty of dining and local boutique shopping options within walking distance. Having a bedroom with a bathroom located upstairs and one downstairs allows for enough privacy for a small family or couples. The main floor offers a kitchen, family room, and half bath, which gave enough separation to not disturb those in the bedrooms. The townhouse was also clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location for Fun in Steamboat Springs

We loved this unit - well-equipped kitchen and plenty of hanging out space. Being downtown is great when group wants to split up - free bus to the slopes a block away makes it super easy and the locker on mountain is a huge plus!

Convenient Steamboat Stay

Loved the location, the view, and the access to the mountain. The Gondola Club was also wonderful--no carrying skis and boots every day. Close to restaurants, river walk, and the free bus to the slopes. Had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Amazing location!

Great location - garage is a very tight squeeze- would be good to provide alternative parking suggestions. Absolutely fabulous location- enjoyed views of river and ability to walk to so many great restaurants and breweries!

Lovely Property in the Heart of Steamboat

Property is very comfortable and excellent for enjoying Steamboat on foot. The kitchen is well stocked, nice views of Howelsen, and the air conditioning is a huge bonus in the summer!

The condo itself is lovely. This was our second time to stay there. Well located between Yampa St (the river) and Lincoln (main drag).Unfortunately they are building some tall penthouse condos about 5 ft from the balcony of this Alpen Glow condo. View completely blocked. AND the porta john and dumpster are located spitting distance from balcony. Wonderful, NOT.The help numbers given in email did not work. Once we got in, there was a number that did work taped to back of front door. The unit is managed by a management company and not the owner. So they are not too interested. Anyway, the condo is great and well located, other than the new build literally on top of it and the management company seemed very meh.

Lovely location and view

This property delivered on everything promised and then some. The location is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, recreation including the Yampa River. Being able to park in the garage was a nice plus especially during mid May heavy snow. They also included toiletries and ample kitchen equipment. I would stay here again.

It was great for sure. There was only one thing that we noticed when we walked in. The photos featured in the listing are no longer accurate. The view from inside needs to be updated. There is new building 10ft away that blocks the entire view from main room (view of Howellson Hill).

Great location in steamboat

My family likes to stay in town when visiting steamboat. Being Able to walk to dinner and have drinks without driving is a necessity! Getting to the slopes is easy using the public lot and shuttle. Our dog loves the location as well... easy walks and great views of howellson hill.

Perfect location

Great location property as described and really well stocked. Only bad side is getting in and out of the garage is very difficult because the home in front of it is so close. Other than that a perfect place all restaurants and things to do are close by walking distance to everything.

Great Home, Perfectly Located

This home is in an excellent location right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. Great mountain biking up in Emerald Mountain which is easy to get to from the property, just cross the bridge and trails are right across the street on the other side of the river Yampa.

Spectacular Townhome

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything downtown and it was a short drive to the mountain. The garage was tight for a large vehicle though. We would definitely stay here again!

Steamboat downtown

Loved this new, very clean and well laid out property. It is right on the edge of the main downtown, and close to the river. Perfectly located. Picture window and deck gives you lots of light and nice viewing.

Comfortable and clean.

The house was very clean and comfortable we loved being in town and close to everything. Garage parking was a plus also. There was lots of construction noise and the check out at 10a.m, we thought a bit unreasonable since we stay at many places with check outs at noon so you can enjoy the morning leisurely. If not for those, we would have given 5 stars.
