With two levels of luxury and comfort, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom mountain chalet in the sought-after East Building of Lion Square Lodge is just what you've been waiting for. Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access to the Born Free Express Lift and Eagle Bahn Gondola by skiing straight to the steps leading to your patio, along with beautiful log and mountain decor, high vaulted ceilings, and a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the balcony toward the lift.

The main-level primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity and walk-in shower. The second level offers three more bedrooms with king and queen beds, plus two sets of twin bunks, making this a great fit for families with kids. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months. The full kitchen makes it easy to cook up a family meal, with the dining table seating eight, three more seats at the breakfast bar, and additional seating out on the balcony for an al-fresco meal with mountain views. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is included throughout.

Absolutely Fantastic place! The location is unbeatable (literally overlooking the lions head lift and gondola), the rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious, and the extra amenities provided via the Lodge were phenomenal - ie. ski storage! Truly couldn't have asked for a better place - loved it all!

Great Family Experience

We enjoyed our visit to Vail’s Lion Square Lodge. This was our second year in the same four bedroom unit. The accommodations are lovely and location is convenient to many activities. The home is spacious and even with 13 people, it never felt crowded. We enjoyed pool, hot tubs, trails, gym and of course daily cookie and hot chocolate. Great three generation family vacation! Truly something for everyone.

We really appreciate your nice review. So glad you were able to enjoy yourselves at our place. We do have some very spacious top floor condos for sure. I’m sorry there was some confusion regarding washer and dryers in the units. VRBO typically lists them under their Amenities section under the General tab as they are onsite, but they’re in a separate laundry area. Besides that, we’re really glad you came and stay with us and had some fun while you were here. It would be great to see you all again!

Perfect condo for ski!!

The house is super clean and spacious!! It’s a true ski-in and ski-out condo. You can walk down to the gondola, ski school, equipment rental, shops and restaurants using the stairs of the deck. You can watch people skiing from the deck too. There are multiple washers and dryers available at the lower floor of the lobby. They even provide detergents for washing your clothes. Beds are comfortable. Each room has a bathroom. Check-in and check-out process is very easy and fast. The management did an excellent job and made our stay very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year.

What a wonderful place to stay. the location is amazing—right at the base of the gondola and on the edge of a grassy field lined with restaurant. Our family of 11 had a wonderful vacation. The house was open and clean and had a great view. We all had lots of room. It was easy to gather together and easy to find private space when we needed quiet.

This was such a great rental. The view was spectacular- right up against the ski lift. There was plenty of bed for the group, and it was very affordable too. The location was perfect to be walking distance to most of the Vail Village and it was also easy to get to from the highway! I would definitely recommend staying here. Not to mention, the communication and ability to see all unit instructions, contact forms, and guidelines were easy to find and use!

There’s so much space for your entire family to spread out and relax and really enjoy their vacation. Lionshead Village and Vail Mountain are right at your doorstep. You really can’t get any closer to all the action in Vail while staying in this condo. We can’t wait to see you again.

Thank you very much for your nice words regarding your recent stay. We truly do have some amazing four bedroom condos here at Lion Square Lodge. They really make traveling as a group or family very easy. There’s plenty of room for everyone’s things and space to spread out. Our outdoor pool and hot tubs are also a nice treat. You can’t beat the view from their streamside location. And if you’re a skier or snowboarder, our incredible location can’t be beat. Our staff is always at your service making sure your vacation runs as smoothly as possible. We always look forward to seeing you again.

First of all Vail was incredible!

I had never been to Colorado but I am absolutely coming back! The VRBO was amazing! More than I ever expected. The layout and decor was perfect! The location couldn't have been better and I would love to come stay here again!! Highly highly recommended!!!
