Holiday house "The 12" with sauna in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The approximately 160 m² vacation home "Die 12" is a semi-detached house in a quiet location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which offers space for up to 10 persons.
Spread over 4 floors are 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed), 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and a cozy living room with smart TV and wine fridge. The adjoining terrace with gas barbecue and two balconies on the upper floors allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax (sauna towels are provided). The house also has a washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, baby crib and high chair. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
You can park your car in the garage or on the outdoor parking space in front of the garage. A storage room is available for bicycles and skis.
The location in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes and mountainbike tours in the summer season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the ski areas „Garmisch Classic" and „Zugspitze" offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
Just a 15-minute walk away in the pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen you will find various shopping facilities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment. We particularly recommend the restaurants "Zur Schranne" and the "Moun10 Eatery".
The house "Die 12" can also be booked in combination with the second semi-detached house ("Die 14") for a total of 21 people.

One week stay

I was in Garmisch Partenkirchen for a week and stayed at Die 12. It was wonderful. A well equiped home with plenty of luxury and room to relax. The sauna was a welcome addition and made coming home from a cold winter walk very pleasant. The surroundings are lovely during the colder months and the location of Die 12 is perfect to visit most of the nearby highlights such as Eibsee, Geroldsee, Zugspitze, Partnachklamm and much more!

Schlechte Küchenausstattung

Es fehlte ein Sieb .Eine einigermaßen heile Pfanne war nicht für Induktion geeignet.Alle anderen Pfannen waren in einem gesundheitsschädlichen Zustand.Eierbecher fehlten auch.Und zum guten Schluss war das Haus nebenan an 10 Junge Männer vermietet. Die entsprechend Lärm machten.Wir sind dann früher abgereist.Fazit: Preis Leistung stimmen garnicht!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben jede Nacht gut geschlafen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, da sie in einer ruhigen Gegend lag. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger und zentraler Lage Zentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Skigebiet ganz in der Nähe Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, viel Platz, auch für Große Familien. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Besonderes Highlight ist die Sauna im Haus. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach dem Skifahren. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt, die Buchung sehr unkompliziert. Topadresse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns das klare Highlight in Garmisch! Die Lage ist einfach herausragend, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar! Das Haus ist neu und sehr liebevoll sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause und natürlich auch wie im Urlaub, einfach ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen Sauberkeit, Service und die Herzlichkeit vom Vermieter ist nicht zu übertreffen! Sehr viel Platz, für jeden ein sehr großer eigener Bereich und eine wunderschöne Sauna! Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell, wir kommen auf jeden Fall ganz bald wieder! Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald - unser neuer Lieblingsort!

Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hammersbacher Fußweg, für einen kleinen Spaziergang oder auch als Startpunkt für größere Touren: Zum Riessersee, Richtung Kreuzeck, Hausberg, usw. Super schöne Doppelhaushälfte. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder!
