Vacation living for the whole family directly at the Loisach river

Welcome to the vacation home Loisachufer!

Enjoy your vacation with family and friends in our vacation home! Directly on the banks of the Loisach, in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch and with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif. Numerous hiking trails and the Classic ski area can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop of the local bus, nearby supermarkets or the bakery. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Loisachbad with a large playground for children and leisure facilities.

Experience unforgettable moments on the sunny terrace, the shady sitting lounge, in the beautiful garden or at a barbecue directly at the river with water access, which also offers an exit for kayakers and canoeists.
Our cottage is a wooden house and you can expect a great feel-good atmosphere with wood, stone and clay combined with modern design. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

On the ground floor you will find an open entrance area in alpine style with adjoining kitchen, a living-dining area with comfortable couch, large dining table and a Swedish stove that provides cozy warmth in winter. Adjacent to the open staircase with access to the basement, is an additional guest toilet. From the modern living-dining area, you can reach the covered terrace with unforgettable views of the mountains around the Wetterstein Mountains with Alp and Zugspitze.

On the upper floor is the modernly designed bathroom with ground-level shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as three bedrooms, which are furnished with many natural materials, such as felt, cork and wood.
The spacious bedroom with a double bed and a view of the Wank offers an additional couch that can be pulled out for two more sleeping possibilities, with a lying area of 1.60m.
You can watch the sunset from the south-facing bedroom, which has two single beds, as well as from the adjacent bedroom with a cozy double bed. Both rooms have access to the balcony and offer a magnificent view of the mountains. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

In the basement there are two more bedrooms, which are connected by a sliding door. The smaller bedroom has bunk beds, while the larger room has a cozy double bed. The clay plastered walls, the old wood paneling and the large window provide a cozy living environment and daylight. Adjacent is the bathroom with ground-level shower and a separate toilet.

In addition, you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer, as well as a small hobby room with cross trainer and soccer table.
You can park your car directly at the house in the covered carport (2 spaces). A charging station for e-cars can be used here free of charge.

You will find barbecue facilities directly on the terrace or on the banks of the Loisach. You will also find storage facilities for your bicycles and skis directly at the house.
