Villa L’Uliveta is your typical Tuscan villa made of stone and set within an olive grove with a difference. This beautiful villa is on the foothills of Versilia and enjoys a breathtaking view over the sea and its coastline.
Surrounded by 7000 sq m olive grove, fully fenced, the villa has a beautiful garden that features a large swimming pool (10x7 m, depth: 120-160 cm, open mid-May to mid-October) with changing room, outdoor shower, wide sun deck with furnished gazebo and deck chairs.
The villa covers 180 sq m and is divided into two maisonettes, each with its own independent entrance. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this house is perfect as a large family or group of friends’ getaway.
The building is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a flat screen TV and a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Moka pot, American coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven), a room with table football, a bathroom with shower. The kitchen’s French windows lead onto the gorgeous veranda, with a brick barbecue and wood-burning oven, facing the swimming pool.
A winding staircase leads to a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing, chilling out or simply to enjoy the breathtaking view over the coast of Versilia.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (one has a lovely antique bathtub with shower head the other is fitted with a shower).
The other maisonette features a large double bedroom with anteroom and bathroom with a shower. A winding staircase leads to an open mezzanine with a double bed.
Facilities: laundry with washing machine, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning throughout the whole house, hairdryers in all the bathrooms, cot and highchair, first aid kit and extinguisher.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, Wi-Fi.

Damage deposit € 600 (cash – garbage disposal must be done by guests, or 100 will be deducted from the deposit), / to be paid on site
