The kids will LIVE in the bunkhouse with 2 twin-over-full bunks — the coolest sleepover spot ever. Pets welcome! Unwind in the large yard with fire pit, picnic tables and outdoor shower. All fees included, no surprises.

Welcome to Bunk`d at the Beach!
We are so happy you are here! We hope the cottage, bunkhouse, fire pit and that short stroll to Long Sands Beach give you and your family exactly what you came to Maine for. Kick off your shoes, breathe in that salt air and make yourself at home. We put a lot of love into this place and just ask that you enjoy it and treat it with care.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Please respect check-out time so we can prepare for the next guests

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• We are in a warm, family neighborhood — our neighbors are our friends, please treat them that way!

PARKING
• 6 spots available in the driveway plus directly in front of the house
• Please do NOT park in front of any neighboring properties
• Day guests are welcome but all vehicles must park on property only
• Be a good neighbor — parking courtesy is a must!

GUESTS
• Maximum occupancy is 10 people
• Day guests are welcome!
• All guests, including day visitors, must follow property rules
• Please be respectful of the neighborhood and our neighbors at all times

FIRE PIT
• Never leave fire unattended
• Fully extinguish before going to bed or heading inside
• Children must be supervised at the fire pit at all times

PETS
• Pets are welcome!
• More than 2 pets? Please reach out before booking so we can discuss
• Please clean up after your pets in the yard

GENERAL
• No smoking inside the cottage or bunkhouse
• No parties or events
• Please treat the space as you would your own home

OUTDOOR SPACES
• Please leave the yard, deck and patio tidy before checkout
• Return all outdoor furniture to its original position
