We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is situated right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The two-room vacation apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible via the passenger elevator.
It is bright and inviting, furnished to accommodate up to 4 people, and features a beautiful southwest-facing balcony overlooking the spa gardens.
The living/bedroom area, featuring a double sofa bed, a TV with a Netflix account, Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and an integrated kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave with grill, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dining area for 4 people, is modernly furnished.

There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the amenities. The apartment has laminate flooring and is allergy-friendly.

The building features a coin-operated washer and dryer.

A parking space next to the building and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric car charging station is available on the property. Use of the charging station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is available via QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is 0.60 € per kWh (as of April 2026)

On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna
Additionally, you’ll find a fitness room in the basement equipped with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide selection of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball, and a dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
