and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The living/sleeping area features a comfortable sofa bed for one person and a TV armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a built-in kitchenette with an oven, microwave, and dining area.
You can wind down the evening in comfort on the furnished southwest-facing terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom features a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, and a shower.

From May 1,-15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge from the beach chair rental company “Bade 1.”
A bicycle parking space is available at the house. In the shared basement, you’ll also find a washing machine and a dryer available for a fee.

You’ll feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet in just a 5–7-minute walk. Despite the quiet location, you’re also right near the town center. Here you’ll find bakeries, shopping options, and, of course, plenty of chic stores for an extensive shopping spree in the exclusive town of Timmendorfer Strand.

You’re sure to have a great time on an active outing to the Süsel Water Ski & Wakeboard Park. Beginners and pros of all ages are welcome here. Equipment and expert guidance are available right on site.
