Welcome to the Kurparkresidenz Timmendorfer Strand, Apartment 32!

This cozy one-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (46 steps to the apartment) of the building and, with its 36 m², offers space for up to 2 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old.
The convenient location at Wilhelmstraße 2 puts you just about 300 meters from the center of Timmendorfer Strand and only about 350 meters from the nearest stretch of beach.

The modernly furnished hallway features a sideboard and a mirror.
From the hallway, you can access the cozy living-bedroom with an open kitchen and the separate shower room.

The living-bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (single mattress, 160x200 cm), an armchair, and a table with two chairs, creating a cozy space for spending time together. An exterior blind ensures restful nights. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a radio with a built-in CD player and Bluetooth functionality. Free Wi-Fi is also available here.

The covered balcony, accessible from the living room and facing southeast, extends the living space outdoors and offers you the chance to enjoy the fresh sea air. Here, you’ll find a table with four chairs to help you start your day off right.

The open kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a small built-in freezer compartment, a toaster, and a kettle. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are, of course, provided. This allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your vacation.

The bathroom features a sink, shower (entry height approx. 23 cm), and toilet. From here, you can access the spacious dressing room, which features a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a hair dryer, a sideboard, a filter coffee maker, and a microwave.

For your convenience, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are also available.

The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities such as horseback riding, surfing, golf, fishing, sailing, swimming, and hiking, as well as activities specifically designed for families. A supermarket, a doctor’s office, and ATMs are all located in the immediate vicinity. Amusement parks, mini-golf courses, tennis facilities, and opportunities for Nordic walking, jogging, cycling, and mountain biking provide plenty of variety.

Central vacation complex near the spa park: You’ll stay in comfortable 1–2-room apartments ranging from 35 to 47 m², tastefully furnished for 2–4 people. A terrace or balcony completes the vacation experience.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement, where you’ll also find a bike storage room. A parking space is reserved for your car.

The nearest bakery for your seaside breakfast is just a few steps away. The town center and additional shopping options are also only a 5-minute walk from your apartment. Across the street is the idyllic spa park with its old trees, lakes, and small wooden bridges—the perfect spot for relaxing walks. You’ll feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet just 350 meters away.

In Fegetasche near Plön, you can set sail: whether on the “Bosau Tour” past the 800-year-old fieldstone church in the heart of Holstein Switzerland or on the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” through bird sanctuaries and nature reserves. An interesting experience for everyone.
