This bright and modern 3-room duplex apartment, measuring approximately 70 m² and spread over 3 levels, accommodates 4 people and is located on the 3rd floor.
On the lower level is the spacious living room with a two-seater sofa and two cozy wingback chairs.
A large LCD cable TV, radio, and Wi-Fi connection (no right to a refund or replacement in case of malfunctions or outages) invite you to enjoy cozy evenings.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which will delight you with its side view of the lake.

The open kitchen, which adjoins the living area and features a dining area, is perfect for cooking, as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

The guest restroom and the hallway area with a mirror are also located on the lower level.

A spiral staircase leads you to the light-filled sleeping area with a double bed and a wardrobe on the open loft.
The functional shower room is equipped with a hair dryer.

Through a hallway and another staircase—which features a removable door safety gate—you’ll reach the second bedroom with two single beds. A wooden children’s bed and a children’s table with chairs are available there.
Both bedrooms can be darkened.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
