Here you can enjoy complete peace and quiet, yet you’re just a few minutes away from Kühlungsborn West or the natural beach (1 km). You can conveniently park your car in the courtyard. Bicycles can be parked next to the building.

The approximately 51-square-meter apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment building. There is a small coat closet in the hallway.

The spacious LIVING and DINING AREA is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. The sofa can also be used as a pull-out bed for the 3rd and 4th guests (sleeping area: 160x200 cm). A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. You can enjoy breakfast together at the dining table or spend the evening playing board games.
The open-concept KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. This includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and many other cooking utensils.

The en suite BATHROOM features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

The BEDROOM features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. From here, you have a small view of the sea.

Bed linens can be booked for 12 euros and towels for 8.50 euros per person.

One dog is allowed to stay for 7.50 euros per night.

You can park your car in the property’s parking lot (1 parking space per apartment). Bicycles can also be stored here.
