The space

The house is yours during your stay. Cook your own meals, spend time together and organise your day across its living and sleeping areas.

The six sleeping rooms accommodate up to 14 guests and include a walk-through room and a small room with a loft bed. The sleeping rooms are therefore not all independently accessible. Please keep this layout in mind when assigning rooms.

This is a very old house with a winding layout and several small staircases between its different areas. There is no lift, and the rooms do not all have step-free access.

Two kitchens and three bathrooms make everyday routines easier when several people need to get ready at once. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. The house is set in a rear courtyard in Hanover’s Linden neighbourhood, with cafés, restaurants and public transport nearby.

Things to note

When booking, please consider the walk-through room, the small room with a loft bed and the several small staircases inside the house. There is no lift. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours start at 10 pm. No barbecue is provided. Public street parking is subject to availability; no reserved parking space is included.

Arrival and times

Check in independently using an electronic door code. Before arrival, you receive a personal link for guest registration. Once the required steps are complete, your guest page shows your arrival instructions and door code. Standard check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. You can request earlier arrival or later departure on the guest page, where availability, any charge and the confirmed time are shown.

Invoices

For a work trip, you can request an invoice with your company details on the guest page. Once it is ready, you can download the PDF and choose to receive it by email.
