The "Victoria" apartment complex is in a quiet yet central location, situated above the idyllic fishing and recreational boat harbor in the city of Sassnitz. The complex consists of 3 detached houses with several apartments. The very well-maintained complex features an underground parking garage and a storage area for your bicycles. <br>The “Sonnenaufgang” apartment, approximately 56 m² in size, is located on the first floor and features a small, fully fenced-in garden area. <br>The entire apartment was completely renovated and modernized in November 2022.
