Upon entering, to the left is the bathroom with a bedroom, and to the right is the kitchen and dining area, as well as a living/bedroom area, which can be closed off with a separate wall.

And at the very front is a sitting area with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Hohe Tauern.

You then walk through a hallway that leads to a bedroom on the right. On the left is a laundry/utility room, on the right a large bathroom, and at the front a large bedroom. The property can accommodate a total of 8 guests.

Outside, there is a garden with a very large terrace and, on the other side, a smaller sun terrace; a lockable door leads to the outdoor wellness area.
