Spanning 34 square meters, this apartment offers a relaxing getaway for two in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by green spaces—a place where both you and your four-legged friends can unwind.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and features bright, welcoming, and modern furnishings. The spacious living room with a cozy sofa is perfect for relaxing evenings—ideal for spending time together after an eventful day. A sliding door separates the living room from the adjoining bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed for restful nights.

From the bedroom, you can step out onto the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the green meadows and the peaceful surroundings—a perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or simply unwind.

The modern kitchenette, which opens off the living room, offers everything you need for self-catering. The bright, inviting bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and provides additional comfort during your stay.

Natural light welcomes you first thing in the morning, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire apartment. Here in the countryside, far away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge your batteries.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom) and 2x dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities or accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
