This small, cozy vacation rental is located on the first floor in a very quiet cul-de-sac and has been recently renovated. It features an open-concept kitchen and living area, a two-bed room, a hallway, a shower/toilet, and a balcony. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are, of course, included. The new, stylish kitchen is very well-equipped, including a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The visitor’s tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
