The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern high-rise and stands out for its bright, welcoming decor and attention to detail. The inviting entryway welcomes you warmly and offers plenty of space for your coats.

From the entryway, you enter the spacious living area. Here, modern amenities blend with a cozy atmosphere. The sofa nook, featuring a leather sofa and armchair, invites you to relax—perfect for evenings spent watching TV together. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a direct view of the balcony, which further enhances your living experience in the summer.

The open kitchen is bright and inviting and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. The adjacent dining area creates the ideal setting for shared meals or game nights—so you’re always right in the middle of the action.

The smaller bedroom is furnished with a stylish wooden bed (140×200 cm, full-length mattress). Convenient drawers built into the bed provide additional storage space for your clothes. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180×200 cm) and a large closet. Here, too, the modern furnishings reflect the cozy charm of the apartment.

The bright, tiled bathroom offers plenty of space for your daily hygiene routine and rounds out the comfortable living experience.

A special highlight is the balcony: Enjoy the North Sea air and relax in the cozy beach chair—ideal for balmy summer evenings. All rooms can be darkened with curtains, ensuring you can find peaceful rest.

For your convenience, both an elevator and a staircase are available. A designated parking space right next to the building rounds out the amenities.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be occasional instances in exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium bed linens and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium bedding package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed
Each premium towel set contains: 1x large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2x dish towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
