🐾 Traveling with Pets?
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval and will share simple guidance for walking areas at check-in.

✅ Booking & Stay Requirements
To ensure a smooth and secure stay for both guests and our home:

• Guests will complete a short rental agreement and ID verification through our secure property management system after booking.
• A refundable $500 security deposit hold is placed 2 days before arrival and automatically released 7 days after departure pending inspection. This is a temporary hold only, similar to hotels.
