Located between the Baltic Sea and the city forest in Kühlungsborn, the “Dünenschloss” offers charming apartments with high-quality amenities. Spanning 65 square meters and featuring two large balconies and two bathrooms, this three-room corner apartment on Upstalsboom—spanning two floors—in Building 1, unit kbds1-40, is suitable for up to 4 people and offers a partial ocean view.

Location
The penthouse apartment is located on the north side of the complex, in Building 1, Staircase A, on the 3rd floor.

Amenities
This cozy apartment with free Wi-Fi features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV; a living area with a couch and a flat-screen TV; two large balconies facing north and east, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and toilet.
The non-smoking vacation apartment is rounded out by a fully equipped separate kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, mini-safe, and a TV/stereo system with DVD player.
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can reserve a high chair upon request. The crib can be set up in the upper bedroom.

Special Features
The vacation complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

A free parking space is also available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible charging station for electric cars (for a fee), which can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.

Feel free to use the coin-operated washing machines and dryers on the premises, as well as the bathrobe rental service at the service office. Your dog is welcome!
