The vacation rental is located on the northeast side of the complex on the second floor. The expansive sandy beach is only about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Numerous events, such as the Cocktail Night at the marina, the Promenade Festival, or the Kühlungsborn Gourmet Days, make your vacation here perfect!

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. It includes, among other things, a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. One of the bathrooms has a shower with a barrier-free entry and a toilet; the other has a bathtub and a toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. One bedroom has a double bed and a TV; the second bedroom has two single beds and a TV. The third bedroom features a single bed and a TV.
