The 54 m² family-friendly 2-room apartment, booa3-24, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, sun-drenched balcony facing southwest; here, you can spend entire days of your vacation sitting in the sun and enjoying the refreshing sea air.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 3, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 meters away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. On the balcony, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun to your heart’s content—it shines here well into the evening. The balcony is accessible from the living room. Except for a threshold leading to the balcony, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.


Highlights Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the vacation complex—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception area, complete with a front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small playground for children as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can reach the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator, which provides direct access from underneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage, as are charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.
