Parking:
The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle and 1 RV, or 1 vehicle with a trailer. Enter the driveway from Brewer Road and keep right; park in front of or next to the stairs leading to the home. If you have a large trailer or fifth-wheel RV, stay left when entering to park in the circle for easier access back to the road. Please do not park on the upper left driveway, which is reserved for the long-term tenant.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment for all guests.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, provided they are disclosed before your arrival and the applicable pet fee has been paid. Please do not leave dogs unattended during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine.

On-Site Occupancy
A long-term renter and another bookable vacation rental are on-site in a separate unit, so you may encounter others during your stay.

Security Camera
An exterior doorbell camera faces the front entry and continuously records video and sound; it does not look into interior spaces.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
